An award-winning Property Finance Lender currently requires a Business Development Manager to join its successful and vibrant team, on a hybrid basis.

A highly competitive negotiable salary is on offer, along with a generous bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Lending to date over £500 million.

£600 million in funding ready to go

Average loan size is c.£1m. You will be focusing on attracting bridging transactions with a net value of £200k - £15m.

Your key role will be to promote and increase awareness of the products and ensure an exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities for the Bridging Finance Business Development Manager:

  • Origination of bridging deals to create a strong pipeline
  • Meeting with brokers and developing relationships both new and existing
  • Reviewing new deals or enquiries to assess suitability
  • Provide an initial quote for cases using our criteria
  • Determining with guidance from underwriting appropriate LTV, rate, term, and interest term
  • Attending site meetings to assess cases and dealing with the client directly
  • Attending / supporting at major events and industry round table discussions
  • Attending entertainment events to reward top supporting brokers
  • Identify and developing relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and property developers throughout the UK
  • Developing new business, identifying, and optimising funding opportunities through our established large database of financial intermediaries and Property investors
  • Managing relationships always ensuring an exceptional customer service
  • Full management of a funding application from application to completion
  • Ensuring award winning service levels are maintained

Skills and Experience for the Bridging Finance Business Development Manager:

  • Experience within the Bridging Finance market as a Business Development Manager
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for property
  • Proven experience of working with and managing client and broker relationships.
