About the Company:

My client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Risk Managers and Senior Risk Managers to join their Project Controls team in London. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA), with proficiency in tools such as Safran, @risk, Primavera, ARM, Acumen or equivalent and a proven track record in risk delivery on major infrastructure projects.


About the Role:

Develop, implement, and maintain the risk management framework and processes for major infrastructure projects. Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Utilise risk management software tools such as Safran, @risk, and Primavera to support risk analysis and reporting. Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution. Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management to project stakeholders. Prepare and present risk reports, risk registers, and risk mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and track risk mitigation actions and their effectiveness. Conduct risk workshops and training sessions for project teams and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant risk management standards and regulations. Continuously improve risk management processes and tools.


Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Candidates will ideally be degree qualified in a construction related subject


Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in risk management on major infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with risk management tools such as Safran, @risk, and Primavera.
  • Qualitative and quantitative assessment of risk, a working understanding of an integrated risk management process (risk, cost and schedule) on a large programme, risk workshop facilitation, threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation, probabilistic modelling (@risk, PRA and P6 proficiency – or equivalent).
  • We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a risk delivery role on major projects/programmes. APM/IRM risk certified candidates preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
