The Role
As the Board Secretary you'll be directly supporting the firm's Boards and Committees, this will be a vital role within the Company Secretariat function and you'll be working closely with the Group Company Secretary.
Your experience
You're an experienced Corporate Secretary that has supported Board level stakeholders within an Insurance/Financial Services environment. You're confident advising the Board on governance matters/financial statements, attending meetings and building relationships at all levels across the business.
