We are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of services through a multi-disciplinary outsourced contract with one of our longest-standing suppliers. This role operates across various functional disciplines and is based within our Property and Estates (P&E) team

Key Responsibilities of the Supplier/Vendor Contracts Manager inclu

  • deAttend operational performance meetings to ensure seamless contract management, including on-boarding, payment tracking, service delivery, and ongoing improvemen
  • t.Collaborate with internal business owners to support governance, decision-making, and alignment with commercial objective
  • s.Conduct data analysis and reporting to help the business make informed strategic decisions and identify trends across areas such as Finance, Site Access, General Practice Estates, and Dispute Resolutio
  • n.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service line owners, focusing on improved ways of working, contract management, and partnership growt
  • h.Ensure that current service levels are maintained and proactively reviewed to meet future requirements, adapting contracts as necessar
  • y.Provide support in resolving disputes, minimizing Opex spend, and achieving corporate objective

  • ve:Broad experience in estates and property management, including finance, litigation, data, and access manageme
  • nt.Experience negotiating and amending legal documentati
  • on.Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and telecommunications cod
  • es.Excellent communication and negotiation skil
  • ls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoi
  • nt.Strong stakeholder management and commercial acum
