Procurement Manager

Project People is seeking a skilled Supplier/Vendor Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of services through a multi-disciplinary outsourced contract with one of our longest-standing suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend operational performance meetings to ensure seamless contract management, including on-boarding, payment tracking, service delivery, and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with internal business owners to support governance, decision-making, and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to help the business make informed strategic decisions and identify trends across areas such as Finance, Site Access, General Practice Estates, and Dispute Resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service line owners, focusing on improved ways of working, contract management, and partnership growth.
- Ensure that current service levels are maintained and proactively reviewed to meet future requirements, adapting contracts as necessary.
- Provide support in resolving disputes, minimizing Opex spend, and achieving corporate objectives.
- Broad experience in estates and property management, including finance, litigation, data, and access management.
- Experience negotiating and amending legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and telecommunications codes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
