Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, you will:

  • Manage client accounts with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service every time.
  • Support the sales team in executing projects efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Be an excellent communicator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Show a willingness to go above and beyond, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Be experienced in using CRM systems to manage client information effectively.
