What does a Customer Service Advisor at Hyde do?

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Engage with existing customers over the phone and via email, demonstrating attention to detail, quick learning ability, and a positive attitude.
  • Efficiently Manage High Call Volumes: Thrive in our dynamic contact centre environment, meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and targets.
  • Collaborate in a Team: Embrace teamwork, supporting one another to achieve team goals and objectives.


The Recruitment Process is Simple:

  1. Complete a quick online assessment.
  2. Attend a 15-minute teams interview.
  3. Begin work immediately on the following Monday.


To transition to a permanent role, you'll need to excel at providing excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and be punctual. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to kickstart a career in housing. You will need to be in the office 3-4 days a week.
