What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand the agency’s portfolio.
  • Convert leads into long-term, high-value partnerships, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering profitable partnerships.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored influencer marketing solutions.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring competitive and value-driven offerings.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry shifts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Provide client feedback to refine offerings and improve service delivery.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition.


What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development and Account Management (preferably in influencer marketing).
  • Proven sales experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Established relationships with clients in Europe and/or the US.
  • Extensive network in marketing areas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • A track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and media, including budget allocation, media mix, and industry trends.
  • Ability to assess and address client needs, expectations, and challenges.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Professionalism, strong business ethics, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and persistent in achieving targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
