Position Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and analyzing sales data.
  • Builds rapport with diverse groups to foster collaboration and community.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of engaging senior management and sales team.
  • Coaches effectively to overcome resistance and help achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Leverages data insights to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction while embodying the brand.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High school diploma or A-level certification; fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business in a sales-led environment.
