- Builds rapport with diverse groups to foster collaboration and community.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; capable of engaging senior management and sales team.
- Coaches effectively to overcome resistance and help achieve goals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Leverages data insights to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction while embodying the brand.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- High school diploma or A-level certification; fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business in a sales-led environment.
