About Us:

Our client is a leading financial services firm providing innovative trading solutions and services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a skilled Trade Floor Voice Engineer with expertise in Verint V15 to join their dynamic team and support in maintaining secure, efficient, and compliant trading operations.


Position Overview:

As a Trade Floor Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and troubleshooting of voice recording and communication systems used on the trading floor. Your primary focus will be on the Verint 15 platform, ensuring it operates optimally and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with the trading and IT teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support the evolving needs of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verint V15 Expertise: Configure, manage, and maintain Verint 15 voice recording systems on the trading floor.
  • System Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting support for Verint 15 and related voice communication systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Voice Recording Compliance: Ensure that voice recordings are compliant with regulatory requirements, including storage, retrieval, and archiving.
  • System Upgrades & Enhancements: Oversee Verint 15 system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team, traders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, and implement solutions for seamless voice communication.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, upgrades, and incidents. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding system performance and issues.
  • User Support & Training: Offer support to end-users, including troubleshooting and providing training on system functionalities and best practices.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Voice Engineer or Telecom Engineer with a focus on trade floor environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Verint 15 voice recording systems.
  • Solid understanding of trading floor operations and the critical role voice recording plays in regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, SIP, and traditional telephony.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing voice recording platforms in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with FINRA, MiFID II, and other relevant financial regulations pertaining to voice recording and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
