Business Operations Manager


Location: Oadby and Wigston area, Leicestershire

Salary: Up to £60k plus excellent benefits depending on experience

Role: Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30pm


The Company: our client is a successful aviation training provider with an established commercial air operation.


The job: They require an Operations Manager to be responsible for the general coordination and processing of the company’s main sales activities/income streams.


The main objective will be to maximise output and revenues whilst ensuring high levels of customer service within the framework of the company‘s aviation approvals and regulations.

The Operations Manager will be expected to coordinate with all departments within the organisation maximising efficiency, managing resource utilisation and planning, meeting targets, providing and analysing KPI’s and working directly for the Board of Directors.

The post represents the hub of the business operations activities and in doing so is intrinsically involved with every other part of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight and various elements of the Company’s operations directly as well as indirect management of associated departments in coordination with Department Team Leader/Managers.

They will be expected to continuously strive to maximise revenues and margins while exploring new revenue opportunities within the resources available to them.
