Workday Engagement Manager

This position is to join Albida's permanent team as we continue to expand as a business due to increasing project demand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ongoing Workday projects and engagements across EMEA. You will run projects ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client.
- Creating well structured & accurate deliverables and presenting to client steering level groups to secure proposed recommendations and agreement.
- Working closely with customer business teams and internal delivery teams to ensure maximal team engagement.
Skills Required:
- Workday Project/Engagement Management experience.
- Excellent commercial management, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility.
- An ability to think strategically and forward facing.
- Strong personable skills and a customer service orientation.
