About the role
Perfect Circle, a joint venture enterprise, which delivers the broadest range of consultancy services across the built, natural and infrastructure environment, is looking to appoint a Partnership Manager. This role will see you operating across North – Scotland, Ireland and Northern England, working closely with the Partners and supply chain within Perfect Circle, to maximise potential opportunities that are in line with the growth strategy.
As a Partnership Manager you will become part of the Growth & Development Team which is responsible for delivering the framework revenue targets, sector diversity and innovation objectives, working with regional and sector leads to achieve this. You will look to drive collaboration, engagement and integration to optimise the output of the Partners and supply chain.
Day to day activities will include;
- Establishing strong and expansive relationships with all partners at regional and sector level and the supply chain, to promote framework benefits.
- Engaging with Partners to deliver and monitor regional and sector-based business plans.
- Working with our in-house marketing lead, to produce tailored campaigns, further enhancing the profile of Perfect Circle within the Partners and supply chain.
- Liaising with clients, when required, to be the independent representative, promoting the frameworks and Partners, offering clients choice of service provider.
- Ensuring all Partners engage and procure suppliers and SMEs in line with the framework compliant procedures on the digital platform.
- Driving compliance to achieve targets and sustainability performance in line with Perfect Circle commitments.
- Participating in SCAPE Construction frameworks, collaborating with contractors to share project intel and opportunities.
As a Partnership Manager this role will see you attending face to face meetings with clients and regional and sector teams, with frequent travel around the region. You will be based from home, however work from client offices and team hub sessions will be required.
About you
As Partnership Manager you will have experience working within the Built Environment or Infrastructure. Knowledge of working within Utilities will be an added benefit. A clear understanding of how supply chains work is essential. Building strong working relationships, to encourage and facilitate achievement of objectives will enable you to flourish within this role.
Technical competencies required include proficient use of Microsoft office packages including word, excel and PowerPoint. Behavioural competencies we would like you to have include;

- Ability to manage time with multiple tasks and strong organisational skills.
