Rise Utilities are looking to add an ambitious individual as a Lead Project Co-Ordinator in their London Office. This role will offer a pathway for progression within the company. Rise specialise in turnkey utilities in the UK & offer the perfect environment for the correct candidate.


What you'll be doing :


  • Co-Ordinating permit applications to the local authority.
  • Managing the status of each permit & applying for extensions where necessary.
  • Liaising with our client base daily to ensure all updates are provided.
  • Maintaining a detailed tracker with all delivery ECD's, risks & general updates.
  • Managing & tracking purchase orders.
  • Working closely with the project PM daily ensuring all payments are tracked.


Experience we're looking for :


  • Strong Microsoft & Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in a similar role within telecommunications.
  • Strong street work knowledge desirable.
  • Proficiency in managing permit applications & tracking systems.
  • Financial Understanding (Invoices, Purchase Orders & Credits)
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
