This is not an average paralegal role; you will have the opportunities to shadow the firm’s partners directly and work at a very closeknit team.


About the Role

If you're a tax paralegal with a background in M&A and leverage finance, this role is for you. My client will also be open to candidates from a Tax Advisory background from the Big 4s with a strong understanding in M&A and transactions. You'll be working with a talented team of lawyers and advisors on complex transactions, ensuring everything is above board from a tax perspective.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting tax research and due diligence
  • Drafting tax memoranda and other legal documents
  • Assisting with tax structuring and planning for M&A and leverage finance deals
  • Staying up to date on the latest tax developments relevant to your practice area


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 2-5 years of experience as a tax paralegal or Tax advisor with a legal background with a strong understanding in Transactions and M&A Due Diligence.
  • You're an expert at tax research and can navigate complex legal documents with ease.
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
