Derivatives Paralegal

A prestigious international firm is seeking a derivatives paralegal to join an initial 12-month fixed-term acquisition project based in London.


In this role, you will support a team of four senior Legal Counsels in establishing a trading and derivatives platform. You'll work closely with the firm's leading cryptocurrency client, recently acquired by a global professional services firm. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders and operations, investments, and trading teams. You'll also review and draft ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes (CSA) and SDA Master Agreements.

About You:

  • A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in derivatives and ISDA agreement drafting.
  • Ideally available on short notice (applications are encouraged from those with up to one month’s notice).
