At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

Job Description

As a Project Admin, your day-to-day tasks will include working on various SharePoint platforms, reviewing and monitoring the retrofit process of data entry, and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with clients and the wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant administration/data entry experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other similar software programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
