Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Gold Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing PPM, reactive, and quoted works for invoicing in a timely manner, as well as verifying engineer's timesheets and job reports. They will also be responsible for processing purchase card receipts and coding to an online banking system, calculating and verifying overtime hours, and liaising with contract managers and supervisors to investigate and resolve invoicing queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process PPM, reactive, and quoted works for invoicing in a timely manner
  • Verify engineer's timesheets and job reports
  • Process purchase card receipts and coding to an online banking system
  • Calculate and verify overtime hours
  • Liaise with contract managers and supervisors to investigate and resolve invoicing queries
  • Generate invoices and issue to customers through agreed communications channels
  • Continuously update accounting and customer CAFM systems with detailed and accurate information
  • Chase supporting information from subcontractors and engineers
  • Upload statutory documentation to compliance tracker and customer portals
  • Process contractual requests and ensure system is up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of CAFM systems advantageous but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel essential
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Understanding of Purchase to Pay process desirable
