Senior Account Manager / Account Director (Experiential Agency)

London based agency, can be fully remote.

Up to £54k + Benefits


We are thrilled to partner with an award-winning experiential and activations agency to find a Senior Account Manager / Account Director.


This is a full time position, remote based in the UK.


About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director you will join a vibrant client services team, collaborating with global brands in Retail, FMCG, Entertainment, Tech, and Sports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing accounts internally and externally.
  • Lead and oversee daily project management, ensuring outstanding delivery.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business, competition, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Director (CSD) to address new briefs and drive team initiatives.
  • Foster positive relationships with relevant partners for client projects.
  • Work with internal divisions to ensure effective cross-channel execution.
  • Ensure all campaign elements are supported by robust contractual, legal, and insurance documentation.
  • Maintain quality control for all client and supplier communications.
  • Foster an environment of creativity, encouraging innovation within the team.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, managing budgets, driving profitability, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to forecasting with the senior team.
  • Manage overall campaign budgets on behalf of clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, setting high standards of behavior.
  • Track and evaluate junior team progress through regular check-ins and annual appraisals.
  • Champion compliance processes within the team.
  • Participate in new business initiatives and contribute to the agency’s culture.
