Key Purpose of the Job

As an Experiential Producer at Cuddle Creative Works, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life by producing exceptional experiential events and activations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to final delivery. You will ensure that every experience is flawlessly executed, aligning with the client’s vision and Cuddle Creative Works' commitment to creativity and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for experiential events and activations, outlining clear objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with the creative vision.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each project and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Provide direction and support to a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, precision, and innovation.
  • Assign tasks strategically, leveraging team members’ unique skills and expertise to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver regular project updates, status reports, and presentations, addressing feedback and concerns to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, risks, or changes in project scope, managing expectations and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress against established milestones and objectives to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project risks or challenges quickly, implementing contingency plans as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all experiential productions reflect Cuddle Creative Works' dedication to creativity, innovation, and client satisfaction.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.


Prior experience

  • Experience in the experiential marketing, events, or activation industry is preferred, with a strong track record of producing successful experiential events.
