My client is a global Hedge Fund seeking a Payroll & Benefits specialist. The position will be supporting payroll and benefits processes for London and Dublin, with oversight for Hong Kong, India, and China, and serves as a backup for US payrolls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for London and Dublin; review other international payrolls.
  • Support HRIS and payroll data integrity.
  • Handle London and Dublin benefits.
  • Assist in plan design and renewals.
  • Provide onboarding/offboarding support and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Stay informed on legislation affecting payroll/benefits.
  • Act as liaison with third-party vendors and brokers.


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years in global payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of international payroll/benefits laws and regulations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
