THE ROLE

The Senior Digital Trading Coordinator will ensure we are delivering on trading strategy, while maximising all reactive commercial opportunities. This role will work alongside the Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Operations and IT departments to build a best-in-class customer journey and drive day-to-day website trade. You will have customer-centric approach and will use data to gain a detailed understanding of the customer journey on the hush website to inform improvements for our online experience.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weekly Trade reporting, delivering insights on category, trends and product performance - making recommendations and measuring impact.
  • Responsible for the product set up process, including the critical path and working closely with the Creative team to streamline this process where required.
  • Maximise website KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, add to bag, average order value, units per transaction), by focusing on the online customer experience, navigation, on-site search, product features and attribution.
  • Ownership of on-site search - maximising search conversion rate by optimising search terms, maintaining synonyms and redirects, reviewing search user experience.
  • Ownership of promotions – ensuring these are set up in line with trading requirements. End-to-end testing before go-live and regular reporting on the performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that customer journeys are optimised and aligned with key marketing messages.
  • Involvement in testing new Sprint releases and site development with the UX team to ensure the hush website is at the forefront of the customer experience and merchandising excellence
  • Run competitor analysis to understand areas of opportunity and proactively push ongoing optimisations.
  • Regular liaison with Buying & Merchandising to ensure that products returns are being monitored. Identify opportunities and implement site improvements to help reduce the returns rate.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams including Customer Service, Buying, Merchandising, Creative and Digital Marketing to ensure that company trade objectives are implemented.


THE PERSON

  • 3+ years’ experience within e-commerce with demonstrable understanding of online merchandising, trading and onsite optimisation
  • Background in a fashion/beauty/lifestyle brand or within a multi-category retailer
  • Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and plan processes end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CMS, Google Analytics and HTML is preferred.
