Senior HR Advisor

Bramah HR are recruiting for another fantastic opportunity to work with a great organisation based in the Greater London area, the position offers 2 days a week hybrid working and some great company benefits. Perfect opportunity for someone looking for a Senior HR role or HRBP Position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing complex projects such as re-structuring, organisation design, talent management.
- Managing annual cyclical HR processes and operations end-to-end supported by the wider HR team
- Coach and mentor senior leadership team
- Ad-hoc complex ER casework
- To lead and support managers in handling restructures and redundancy exercises ensuring all procedural and statutory duties are met.
- Develop and manage policies and procedures
- To ensure managers receive consistent and accurate HR advice and support.
- To build and maintain effective working relations with trade unions and staff.
- To co-supervise the work of the HR Assistant ensuring a sound recruitment service is delivered.
- CIPD Qualified
- Generalist HR experience
- Stakeholder management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
