Our future goals include achieving B-Corp certification and growing from 130 retreats per year to reach even more people, while ensuring our guests can recharge, reconnect, and live healthier, happier lives.About the roleAs our Wellness Travel Product Executive/Retreat Creator, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager with all aspects of product development and retreat creation.Key Responsibilities:Research, source, and evaluate new destinations and venues.Assist in developing retreat financial plans, ensuring profitability and viability.Build and maintain positive relationships with venues and suppliers.Assist and learn to negotiate rates, contracts, and payment schedules.Upload and maintain retreat products on our bookingManage the website across all pages from the homepage to all productsManage on-page SEO and ensure visibility and accuracy.Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Bookings teams to continuously review products and optimise each destination retreat offering.Assist with venue audits, risk assessments, and feedback management.Support annual retreat calendar planning and scheduling.Travel to venues for experience and understanding our product offering and relationship-buildingContinuously review product processes, contributing to improved efficiency and communication in this department.Create product manuals and video training for all retreat products for all AY teams in-house and feelanceWho this role is for:This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about yoga, travel, wellness, and product (retreat) creation who wants to grow within a purpose-led company.You may already have experience in the travel, hospitality, or wellness sector, or you may be looking to enter this world and build a long-term career.
