About the role As our Wellness Travel Product Executive/Retreat Creator, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager with all aspects of product development and retreat creation. Key Responsibilities: Research, source, and evaluate new destinations and venues. Assist in developing retreat financial plans, ensuring profitability and viability. Build and maintain positive relationships with venues and suppliers. Assist and learn to negotiate rates, contracts, and payment schedules. Upload and maintain retreat products on our booking Manage the website across all pages from the homepage to all products Manage on-page SEO and ensure visibility and accuracy. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Bookings teams to continuously review products and optimise each destination retreat offering. Assist with venue audits, risk assessments, and feedback management. Support annual retreat calendar planning and scheduling. Travel to venues for experience and understanding our product offering and relationship-building Continuously review product processes, contributing to improved efficiency and communication in this department. Create product manuals and video training for all retreat products for all AY teams in-house and feelance Who this role is for: This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about yoga, travel, wellness, and product (retreat) creation who wants to grow within a purpose-led company. Creative and resourceful, with the ability to spot opportunities for unique retreat destinations and meaningful guest experiences. Personable and confident, skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with venues and suppliers. Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working within a small, dynamic team where flexibility and initiative are key. Detail-oriented and precise, taking pride in accuracy, which is essential for managing rooming lists, venue details, and retreat logistics. Like administrative tasks and have a head for numbers and data analysis Creative There is also alot of creativity within this role, good copywriting skills Experience in photography and good iPhone filming skills desirable An independent traveller, happy to explore new countries solo and represent the Adventure Yogi brand with confidence and curiosity. Can become 1 day a week in the office after this.
