Job Summary:
We’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing with a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems. In this leadership role, you’ll spearhead our client’s marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, user acquisition, and community engagement. This position requires a combination of strategic leadership, creative marketing expertise, and technical blockchain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client’s blockchain platform and DeFi products.
• Build and nurture relationships with key players in the Web3 space, including influencers, media outlets, and partner projects.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content (blog posts, social media) that effectively communicates our client’s value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategically plan and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, hackathons, and conference presentations, to showcase our client’s technology.
• Analyze marketing metrics, develop insights, and present actionable plans to enhance campaign effectiveness, user acquisition, and community growth.
• Mentor and lead a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and results-driven performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional blockchain/crypto education is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Web3/crypto marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving impactful campaigns and building brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Experience with community management tools, analytics platforms, and blockchain-specific marketing channels.
