Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Project Manager – Cultural Arts

£45K - £50K

We are partnering with a well-known cultural arts organisation based in central London. This is a new opportunity, and we are looking for someone outstanding, who can take a lead on all things Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. The organisation is home to 118 permanent staff + volunteers and casual workers, and they are proud to host regular, large-scale events.


The focus of this role is to deep dive into the organisation's current DE&I offerings, and offer recommendations into how they make significant improvements. As well as the initial research and insights, you will put together a roadmap of solutions and start the delivery of the project. We need someone who has previous experience of conducting diagnostics projects, ideally within a creative environment. You will be able to recommend what they need to do next and identify a structure to deliver the actions . As a DI&B expert, the primary responsibility will be ensure the DI&B initiatives fosters an open environment where everyone feels welcome and included.


As well as passion, we are looking for someone who has strong influencing skills. Coming into a blank canvas is exciting, but challenging and we need someone who will get the buy in from top to bottom. You will have worked as a Project Manager within the diversity and inclusion, and be full of ideas and initiatives
