Background of the Role

In this role you will be responsible for leading 22 Services across the Liverpool, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health challenges & some Physical Disabilities. You will be leading a team of Managers/Leaders, ensuring the best service delivery possible.


Job Description:

  • Report into the Managing Director of Operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the services.
  • Manage a team of five direct reports and 180 indirect reports, providing leadership and support.
  • Liaise with other colleagues to assist in quality improvement and best practice measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance and implement necessary improvements.


Desired Criteria:

  • Experience supporting those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges or other complex needs
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care, Leadership & Management, a Registered Nurse qualification or a similar level of qualification
  • Team management experience
