**Job Summary**

As a Regional Service Delivery Coordinator at Vertiv, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient deployment of our team of engineers across regions. Your focus will be on optimizing service delivery targets, working closely with regional technical management to highlight performance issues, and coordinating with other regional service planners to provide 'out of region' engineering resources.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise with regional technical management to identify and address performance issues affecting our engineers.
  • Work closely with our planning software to arrange service engineer calls with customers via telephone or email.
  • Prepare service engineer job packages, review engineer service reports, and log activities into our company planning system.
  • Compile weekly and monthly service reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering telephone enquiries and redirecting calls.
  • Ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance Regulation and manage activities, tasks, and responsibilities in accordance with our Company ITC certification program.

**Requirements**

  • Previous planning experience, preferably with field engineers.
  • Experience working with bespoke planning software and arranging service engineer calls.
  • Liaison skills with parts supply and sales departments.
  • Excellent telephone skills and computer literacy.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
