You will be joining at an exciting time, as the business has a strategy grow. The company is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to play a key part in managing the existing business however a big part of the role is to develop and win new business.


With customer satisfaction the number one goal, working with the senior management team to continue to increase revenue and enhance the customer journey.


Responsibilities & day to day duties

As an Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Selling the businesses sub-contracting services to a customer base UK wide.
  • Working within the sales team you will have the responsibility for planning, managing and interaction with both existing and new customers.
  • Visibility with your customers on a regular basis is a key requirement for this role. Assessing customer requirements for the short and long term.
  • Assist in the production of technical quotations associated with supply proposals.
  • Demonstrate the technical capability and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
  • Assist with after sales and service queries, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.


Skills & experience required.

As an Business Development Manager we are looking for the following experience

  • Worked with an engineering / fabrication client based.
  • Be Technically and commercially astute.
  • Proven track record in growing active business as well as winning new.
  • Be a point of contact for your customer bases through regular contact via phone and face to face meetings.


Benefits

Salary of up to £50,000

  • Car allowance is minimum £6,000
  • 23 days holidays and 8 bank holidays per year.
  • 3 month probation
  • Company Pension scheme


This is a great opportunity to take a client base and make it your own. Their customers are UK wide and flexibility to meet your customers will be required. This role is a fully remote role however you will be required to visit the factory from time to time based in Wiltshire.
