Head of Graduate Recruitment | Recruitment and Talent Function | Northampton (Onsite)In this role you will lead the development of an existing graduate recruitment programme with the purpose of hiring exceptional graduates directly into a dynamic and fast-growing business.This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, as one of the leading broker-lenders in the SME commercial finance marketplace.A typical day in this role includes:Effectively managing the recruitment cycle for graduate hires across the businessDirectly sourcing candidates, using your existing knowledge of graduate hiring tools and job boardsLiaising with the Head of Talent to identify recruitment needs and support throughout each stage of the processScreening, interviewing and communicating with candidates, as well drafting job descriptions and other media to support recruitment efforts.Be a brand ambassador for our company, driving talent, passion and sparkUtilising recruitment software and digital solutions to drive efficiency and processesConsistently driving talent attraction via Social Media platforms, Job Boards, and LinkedIn RecruiterAttending regional recruitment events to assist with recruitment, and travel as required to various locations in the UK for recruitment events and assessment days etcDelivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process, encouraging hiring managers to keep this in mind alwaysWorking with the Head of Talent to support with recruitment and business projects as neededThe above list is non-exhaustive and additional duties may be requiredThis job is a good fit for you if you:Thrive in a fast-paced environment & ever-evolving businessAre passionate about graduate recruitment and want to join a people businessAre proactive, not reactive, can manage hiring timelines and meet recruitment needs without too much oversightAre results oriented and able to deliver accurately to set targets, SLAs and KPIsKeep thinking of innovative approaches to attract quality candidates and to promote the firm throughout the hiring processRequirements5+ years’ experience in an in-house function or recruitment agencyPrevious experience in graduate recruitment is preferredHelpful, but not a requirement, would be a sound understanding of a sales or finance environmentWorking knowledge of UK, and ROI right to work legislationDemonstrated ability to show accuracy and exemplary attention to detailExperience of working with data systems or ATSPlease note that as part of the recruitment process a criminal records check/credit history check will be carried out by an authorised third party.Benefits include:33 days annual leaveGym membership contributionOn-site breakout areaOn-site free parkingAn exceptional uncapped annual bonus scheme
