Role Description


This is a hybrid role with the main location in the London Area, United Kingdom, but with flexibility for potential full remote work.


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales and finding new business opportunities.

You will play a key role in developing customer relationships and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, including a portfolio demonstrating past accomplishments.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Experience in RoRo Shipping is a plus.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and freight transportation
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures and regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency.
  • Provide feedback and market research to company leadership to inform adjustments in strategies or product offerings.
