Working alongside our Senior Professional Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Learning our products thoroughly to set up clients correctly
  • Interpreting client needs and map these to our specific features
  • Contributing to the development and execution of client project plans, timelines and deliverables, supporting long-term client relationships
  • Participating in client meetings, workshops and training
  • Creating and improving training materials and use screen sharing and communication technologies to train clients
  • Adhering to project deadlines and budgets, raising potential issues
  • Creating reports using PowerBI and Excel

About You
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' prior experience in a comparable role in Customer Success / Software Implementation / Professional Services / Solution Consulting
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions or cloud technologies is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Analytical, organised, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to create and improve training materials and use screen sharing and communication technologies to train clients
  • Able to create reports using PowerBI and Excel
  • Able to work independently and in a team and build strong relationships
  • Consultative with excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Fluency in English is a must, whilst other languages are welcomed
