Our Client

They’re well established, profitable, and raising investment this year with plans for HUGE international growth. As they build their sales team, they’re looking to hire a Sales Development Representative who will engage and attract recruitment businesses to their platform.


What You'll Get

As a Sales Development Representative, you can expect a basic salary of £22-28k + a commission. In addition to this you will receive fantastic benefits, with a work-from-anywhere model You will be expected to spend around 2 – 3 days per month in their Southeast office, where there is a culture of innovation, purpose, and entrepreneurial spirit.


What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling to new business prospects. You will be comfortable picking up the phone, calling senior leaders within recruitment businesses and not be afraid of rejection. You will work with a mix of inbound and outbound leads, and will have great support and training from the sales team around you.


What You'll Need

You will be ambitious, hungry, and driven to have a career within sales. Whether you’re a graduate looking for your first sales role, or have some experience in B2B or B2C sales looking to move into tech, so long as you have the right mindset and drive you could be right for this role. You’ll be naturally confident, not be afraid to hold conversations with senior business leaders, and have tonnes of energy and passion.
