As a Senior Cloud Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate responsible for positioning and promoting cloud-based solutions focused on Modern Workplace, Azure, and Security to enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, customers, and partners to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that address their business needs.


Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly in Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace (e.g., Microsoft 365), and cloud security, will be critical to their success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and provide expert guidance and solution design for cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Azure, Modern Workplace, and Security.
  • Own the technical pre-sales needed to meet and exceed the annual targets
  • Engage clients in technical conversations and demos to accelerate opportunities that leverage Microsoft Security services
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Azure, Microsoft 365, and security solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to the creation of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by providing technical expertise, solution descriptions, architecture diagrams, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and other decision-makers, to understand their challenges and drive solution adoption.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape related to Azure, Modern Workplace, and cloud security to provide thought leadership and enhance solution offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery by providing detailed documentation and supporting the delivery team in the early stages of project implementation.
  • Mentor and guide junior pre-sales team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and tools.


Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, Modern Workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, threat management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with third-party security tools and solutions that complement Azure security offerings.
  • Experience with networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud-based architectures.
