In this pivotal role, you'll help shape the future of their influencer marketing with a refreshed and innovative approach. You'll play a key role in defining how they engage with talent—including content creators, influencers, celebrities, and stakeholders—to boost brand visibility across new touchpoints and elevate the brand across global content channels.


As Talent Executive, you'll work on multiple project briefs with a primary focus on driving brand growth through engaging, talent-led content campaigns that resonate with fashion-forward young adults. You'll manage a diverse talent roster, including VIPs, overseeing the entire process from sourcing new talent and gifting, to onboarding, hosting at events, and ensuring successful campaign execution.


Your mission: to make sure the brand's core talent audience—and your own curated talent pool—are not only excited to collaborate but are inspired to keep coming back for more. You’ll play a crucial part in creating exceptional experiences and long-lasting relationships that elevate the brand.


Contract Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Duration: 1-month rolling contract
  • Rate: £200-£300 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:


  • Assist senior leadership in developing and launching a refreshed global talent strategy.


  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide network, including talent agents, influencers, VIPs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring content aligns with audience needs.


  • Manage your own talent pool, fostering strong, ongoing business connections.


  • Handle end-to-end talent management, including negotiations, contracts, briefings, and ensuring timely content delivery.


  • Identify and propose new talent that aligns with brand objectives on a project-by-project basis.


  • Create and present talent decks for each project.


  • Regularly update internal talent documentation and use talent management platforms effectively.


  • Provide reporting on talent-led activations that align with broader marketing goals.


  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy development to grow the talent community and enhance brand results, including ambassador programs.


  • Lead the casting process for campaigns, managing third-party briefs and ensuring alignment with the brand.


  • Partner with the legal team to manage talent contracts and ensure compliance with guidelines.


  • Assist in organizing press showroom appointments and support campaign amplification through talent-driven content creation.


  • Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure smooth execution of projects.


  • Support senior leadership in post-campaign analysis and reporting.


  • Oversee budget coordination with project teams, ensuring forecasts are met.


  • Act as a champion for talent, staying informed on competitor strategies and industry trends.


  • Attend branded talent events, representing the company and fostering industry connections.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.


  • Fully engaged with youth culture, the creator economy, and digital trends.


  • Strong interest in the evolution of digital and social media landscapes.


  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and moving projects forward.


  • Able to represent the brand confidently and effectively in all interactions.


  • Passion for fashion, pop culture, and the interests of a 20-something audience.
