Executive Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Business Manager to join our team at Clarendon Executive. As a trusted advisor to our Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and ensuring the smooth execution of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the GCEO in executing strategic objectives and managing day-to-day business activities.
- Act as a key liaison between the GCEO and business functions, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the GCEO.
- Manage key communications on behalf of the GCEO, including drafting correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Distill complex business information into concise, actionable insights for decision-making and follow up to ensure actions are delivered.
- Prepare and collate board presentations, reporting packs, and information memorandums for external advisors and potential investors.
- Significant experience in business/project management with exposure to international business operations, potentially gained within a consulting environment or scaling global business.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage and report on multiple high-stakes projects across various geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of synthesising complex data and delivering clear recommendations.
- Impeccable discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Impressive academic credentials, potentially including an MBA or a relevant professional qualification.
- Tenacity, flexibility, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling business.
