Data Processing Manager

Sustainable Energy First is actively seeking a Data Processing Manager who will spearhead our efforts to reduce the carbon footprint of our UK business by an impressive 327,170 tonnes of CO2e by 2028, in alignment with our ambitious carbon reduction target. This role is not just about business success; it's about making a meaningful impact on the environment, economy, and society.

This would suit someone with previous data entry experience and who is willing to learn about the energy industry. We’d expect you to have great attention to detail, be numerate, have strong excel skills, initiative, and be quick and enthusiastic to learn new skills, Sustainable Energy First's processes and all about the dynamic industry of energy.
The Role of our Data Processing Managers:
- To process EDI files, Ebills and manual energy invoices.
- Provide supporting information to the Head of Data Processing, in ensuring accurate and timely data across the business.
- Provide a data processing service in line with Sustainable Energy First and customer contract and Sustainable Energy First’s quality policy and objectives
- Accurately import Ebills and EDI files into the system on first attempt
- Accurately enter manual invoices into the system
- To accurately maintain an accurate suite of translators for all EDI and Ebills
