The Role of our Data Processing Managers:

  • To process EDI files, Ebills and manual energy invoices.
  • Provide supporting information to the Head of Data Processing, in ensuring accurate and timely data across the business.
  • Provide a data processing service in line with Sustainable Energy First and customer contract and Sustainable Energy First’s quality policy and objectives
  • Accurately import Ebills and EDI files into the system on first attempt
  • Accurately enter manual invoices into the system
  • To accurately maintain an accurate suite of translators for all EDI and Ebills
