We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated sales professional to come and join our team to drive our business expansion. Knowledgeable and experienced in selling BMS & SaaS.


You’ll create impact by:

  • Selling BMS service contracts, BMS migrations alongside adds, moves and changes
  • Selling company Digital services/ SaaS
  • Managing the complete sales lifecycle
  • Prospecting new and existing customers, lead qualification, initial sales calls and subsequent follow up
  • Software demonstrations to clients
  • Building and presenting RoI models
  • Responding to RfP from consultants, sub-contractors, contractors, Facility Management (FM) and end users
  • Building and presenting proposals in multiple formats
  • Contract negotiation
  • Building qualified pipeline
  • Proactive management of the Customer Relationship (CRM) tool
  • Building and presenting accurate fortnightly/monthly/annual sales forecasts
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets for both volume and margin
  • Managing internal business relationships to provide a cohesive & timely offering to our customers


We are looking for an experienced B2B salesperson with a good knowledge of Building Management Systems, an understanding of HVAC in the built environment and demonstrable experience of selling SaaS platforms.


You will be comfortable:

  • Representing at conferences, speaking events and trade shows
  • Prospecting for new business in the BMS/SaaS markets
  • Working with Facilities Management companies, End Users, Contractors and Consultants
  • With IT networks and the IoT environments
  • Presenting to prospective customers our solution and proposals
  • Preparing sales and marketing strategies for BMS/SaaS sales
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Talking and meeting customers at all levels from cold call to account management
  • Using and working with office software tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Using and managing the business CRM (SalesForce – additional support & training will be provided)
