Lead our expansion into the domestic market, leveraging an Energy-as-a-Service platform. With a customer-centric approach and focus on sustainability, drive sales growth and help us reach ambitious goals.


馃搵 Responsibilities:


  • Scale sales process, spreading our message of sustainable energy.
  • Recruit top-tier sales talent passionate about sustainability.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing for effective outreach.
  • Develop sales initiatives to expand domestic market presence.
  • Identify and onboard Sales Managers for key cities.


馃攳 Minimum Qualifications:


  • Strong sustainability background preferred.
  • 5-10 years B2C sales experience.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Grassroots marketing and community engagement experience.
  • Previous Sales Managerial experience.
