**Job Summary:**
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while promoting an innovative approach to student accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- **Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff, addressing workplace concerns, promoting conflict resolution, and enhancing employee engagement.

Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to provide regular feedback, support career development, and recognize achievements.
- *Training and Development
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring staff are equipped to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Policy Development:
Craft and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company values and comply with legal regulations, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace.
- **Compensation and Benefits:*
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance while enhancing employee satisfaction.
- **HR Analytics:
Utilize data to assess HR metrics, informing strategic decisions to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and overall employee experience.
- **Cultural Development:

Champion initiatives that reinforce a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity within the organization.

**Qualifications:**

- Work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a technology or student-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of UKHR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for fostering talent and driving organisational growth.
