Associate Payroll Implementation Consultant


Ciphr has a new opportunity for an Associate Payroll Implementation Consultant. You will be joining an organisation where you will work with a team that is goal driven and people focused.


As we are a HR software company, this role would be great if you have a background in Payroll and fancy kick starting your career in implementation.


This role will be supporting our Implementation Consultants, focusing on our payroll product. You will be helping the team to provide customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their individual requirements. You’ll deliver high levels of service to ensure a successful implementation and long-lasting relationship whilst adhering to project and implementation governance.

Location:

The role is remote within the UK but will require occasional travel for meetings and customer visits.


The daily tasks of an Implementation Consultant:


  • Work with the team supporting multiple customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Helping to produce implementation specifications and reports.
  • Collaboratively work and support internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice
