About us: Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment management. who offer a comprehensive services to real estate customers, developers, and investors on a local, national, and international scale.


Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our Global Transformation Programme team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ERP Finance solutions, strong knowledge of Finance and Project Systems, and exceptional leadership and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SAP Solution Architect for the design, build, and delivery of end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide architecture guidance and advice on system design, build, and complex configuration.
  • Lead workshops with the Systems Integrator, business stakeholders, SMEs, and BPOs throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Design, Testing, Data Migration, and hyper care cutover activities.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of FI/CO submodules and Project Systems (PS) to ensure solutions are fit
  • Ensure effective integration with other modules, such as Procurement and Sales, to support Finance.
  • Prepare requirements documents and functional specifications to support BPOs and SMEs.
  • Support data activities, training, functional testing, interface testing, unit testing, regression, UAT, and business transition for go-live.
  • Provide functional support to internal stakeholders and business units related to the SAP system and landscape.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide detailed knowledge to the integration team for interfacing with third-party systems, such as CRM, HR, and Payroll.
  • Successfully transition technology-enabled changes to live operations.


Requirements:

  • Certified S/4HANA FI/CO & PS with strong PS knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Profitability Analysis is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP technologies, specifically S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • At least 5 full S/4HANA implementation experiences as a Solution Architect, preferably in a global transformation programme.
  • Detailed finance knowledge; an accountancy qualification is preferred.
  • Strong integration knowledge with third-party systems, particularly for billing.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple teams and work streams, including leadership stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to determine project requirements and develop work schedules with the project team.
  • Strong team player who can manage the pressures of ERP implementations.
