Our client, based in Manchester, are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their small, but growing team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for someone used to working in a busy, hands on environment, who would be happy to support across the full breadth of HR generalist activity, from recruitment to employee relations.
They can offer a salary of up to £34,000, depending on experience, as well a hybrid working pattern, with up to three days home working.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing advice and support to managers on all aspects of HR activity
- Supporting with recruitment, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks
- Monitoring absence and advising managers on best practice in managing this
- Supporting with employee relations casework, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance management
Experience required:
- 2/3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience working in a small and busy team
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment
- Absence Management

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week – flexible start and finish times
