What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and confident recruitment professional, who has extensive experience in all recruitment methodologies to join our team at Novus on a fixed term assignment for 12 months. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the management of a recruitment project and delivery of our mobilisation plans for HMP Five Wells in Wellingborough. You will be responsible the recruitment of 30 – 40 key roles on this site to ensure this team is fully mobilised and able to deliver our curriculum of education. As this project has a fixed timeline, you will need be comfortable with managing multiple roles at once to ensure we deliver our outcomes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process managing everything from Ad campaigns, Attraction strategies, screenings, interviewing and assessments and will support with onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a collaborative approach and will be supported by the Group Talent Acquisition Manager and Team to ensure you have all tools at your disposal to hit the ground running. Our HR shared service team will be on hand to support with all onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience and you will have dedicated marketing support to help with the execution of any social media campaigns you need to support with candidate attraction. This is a Hybrid role, where you will work at site approximately 3 days per week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate the needs of the business.

Remuneration

  • The Successful candidates will be offered a salary between Salary £35,786.73 to £46,952.40 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
