Learning and Development Specialist


Role Overview:


Reporting to the Customer Development leadership team, the Learning & Development Specialist will be instrumental in supporting customer facing teams across various learning and development activities. This role encompasses quality assurance, coaching, training design and delivery, stakeholder relationship management, and more.


We are excited to be partnered with a dynamic and innovative company operating in the realm of vehicle remarketing. With a commitment to delivering exemplary customer experiences, they are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Learning & Development Specialist for their Commercial Operations team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting quality performance assessments and capturing insights to drive improvements.
  • Delivering coaching sessions and providing constructive feedback.
  • Designing and delivering effective training sessions and workshops.
  • Delivering live ‘side by side’ sessions generating feedback/observations to be used in reflective coaching sessions.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating L&D requirements.
  • Taking ownership of the new starter induction process and modernizing it onto an e-Learn platform.
  • Working closely with the Performance Specialist to turn data insights into actionable behaviour change.
  • Supporting departmental change initiatives and performance development.

About You:

  • Passionate about quality assurance, coaching, and training design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and workload management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive approach to embracing change and seeking innovation.
  • Interest in supporting external best practices and digital agendas.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Experience in B2B Sales/Account Management coaching or L&D roles.
  • Previous experience in blended Contact Centre quality roles.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to introduce change to improve customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technology.



Package Details:


A basic salary between £39,500 and £44,5000 (DOE)

Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office.

Comprehensive benefits package.

35 hours per week, hours to be worked between 8am-6pm.
