This is a remote working position, but our Portfolio Delivery Team meet on an ad hoc basis in our collaborative hubs.

What you’ll do


This is a varied role where you will be accountable for the life cycle of allocated deliverables ensuring that these are planned, executed and reported on effectively from conception to closure.

You will be working with a team that works across our product portfolio set to support business and commercial level of change.


Like any Project Management role, stakeholder engagement is key, and it is no different here. You will liaise and organise inter-departmental responsibilities by hosting meetings with clear actions and coordination of stakeholders.


Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;

  • Collaborate with Sponsors to define the scope resourcing/budget requirements and translate strategy into operational objectives to inform delivery and project plans.
  • Management of scope including effective change management.
  • Champion best practice ways of working through adoption of appropriate delivery methodologies and internal process.


Who you’ll be


You will have previous experience working on multiple projects or duties simultaneously. As a Delivery Lead, you will have be an expert in management of deliverables with great experience and knowledge of various delivery methodologies and frameworks.


Working with multiple stakeholders and customers, you must be proven in your ability to build great relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment to the direction of the project.


Other skills and experience we are looking for you to demonstrate include;

  • Demonstrable experience of managing deliverables and projects using methodologies such as AgilePM, SAFe, DSDM, Prince2.
  • Excellent planning, reporting and organisational skills.
  • Ability to operate with own initiative, as well as work as part of a team.
  • An engaging and articulate communicator, presenter and facilitator of meetings and workshops.
