As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team and help to shape our clients’ digital strategies.


The role:


As our CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing our customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on implementing innovative personalization, and segmentation strategies for our customers.


You’ll have the opportunity to lead, develop and implement new and innovative projects and campaigns using Braze, supporting our clients across their various channels.


Working closely with internal teams, you’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring campaigns are developed in line with client briefs, proposing improvements and enhancements as needed, and being their POC for any issues or troubleshooting.


While having the autonomy to create and deliver campaigns, you'll also have the full support of our development, design and content teams to help you deliver best in class creative.


We are a supportive and highly collaborative team, and enjoy working together to ensure alignment and consistency in customer deliverables.


Skills and experience you will bring:


  • Previous experience in CRM management or a related role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Braze, and a strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting (experience of Marketo also a distinct advantage).
  • Deep experience of email campaign development and management – you'll know how to deliver a campaign end to end.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Experience of B2B marketing campaigns with experience in Finance and/or Life Sciences would be advantageous, but not essential.
