The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
You will be selling services into facilities management service providers and property managing agents. You must have sold services in this sector. Either specialist or bundled services.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain relationships in key clients and develop new relationships within the business
- Think strategically to develop new opportunities
- Oversee new business tele-canvasser and other team members as the team grows
Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience within the facilities management sector or specialist services within this sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
